Fishing boats in Newquay Harbour

We are definitely tucked out of the way… our nearest neighbours are in the farm at the bottom of the lane that leads to Middle Lanherne Barn. We are situated between St Mawgan and St Eval, close to Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay beaches and the popular seaside towns Newquay and Padstow.

POSTCODE: TR8 4HF (not that most Sat Nav’s can find us!!)

By Road

If you come off the A30 at the Newquay/ Indian Queens junction and go right on the roundabout sign posted St Columb/Newquay/Padstow you will be on the A39, at the next roundabout, go right still on the A39 towards Wadebridge/Padstow, go straight over the next roundabout (still on the A39) about half a mile along this road you will see a sign on the left for St Eval. ┬áTake this road and follow it to a T junction, go right and follow this road till you see the wind turbines (on your right hand side) Immediately on your left you will see a sharp left turning, at a staggered road junction (wind turbines will be on your right hand side!) – there is a static caravan park on the other side of this turning so if you go past this you have gone too far!- ┬átake this road for 0.4 miles and turn down the 2nd gateway on your right hand side (the first gateway is a field entrance!) this turning goes over a little cattle grid and down a lane to a farm, go through the gate and slightly bear left round the side of a barn and continue up a narrow track – this track will bring you to our barn!

By Train

Our nearest Station is Bodmin Parkway but Newquay and Padstow are really not far away! If you let us know your train times we can arrange a car to be waiting for you to bring you to the barn.

By Air

We are lucky to be close (but not too close!) to Newquay Cornwall Airport. Again, if you give us your flight details we can arrange a taxi to be waiting for you to bring you to the barn.
